Labs Construction was engaged to refurbish this Upminster property’s kitchen, build a small extension and combine the upstairs bathroom and toilet into one room. The property also included a garage on the side, which we demolished to make room for the side extension. We then proceeded to build the extension to the kitchen with a dining area, and a playroom to the front.
We had a 2-month timeline that was agreed with the customer, and within that same timeframe, we also managed to demolish the old family bathroom upstairs and replace it entirely with a new design, as requested by the customer.
Prior to commencement of the building works, we also provided drawings for this extension project via our architect and advised on the party wall agreement with the property’s neighbour.
